Responsibilities

• Lead cost, schedule, and technical execution of Electrical Systems development
• Provide day-to-day leadership for a 12–15 engineer team
• Drive design reviews, engineering releases, and other technical assessments
• Guide new‑business pursuits, developing proposals, effort estimates, and task descriptions
• Advance modernization through Model Based Systems Engineering and Electrical System modeling
