Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering leader to guide a team supporting aircraft modification and certification programs. The role oversees electrical systems integration, cabin management, and safety systems while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in aerospace, 4+ years leading teams, and strong FAA knowledge, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • 8+ years of aerospace engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft interiors, electrical systems, and FAA certification requirements.
  • Proven leadership experience with team development, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Aerospace industry experience required.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • Support proposals, project estimates, and staffing forecasts for new and existing programs.

Required Skills & Experience

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
