Qualifications

• 6+ years in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Design.
• Experience leading or managing an electrical design team.
• Strong experience with AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD tools.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and single-line diagrams.
• Knowledge of LV distribution and power systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the electrical design engineering team.
• Oversee schematics, general arrangement drawings, and BOMs.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure engineering accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support LV distribution systems, PLC/interlocking, AC/DC power supplies, and earthing.
• Maintain CAD blocks, libraries, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with mechanical, production, quality, supply chain teams.
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues; identify risks.
• Maintain accurate engineering and design records.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to lead an electrical design team and oversee the development, review, and implementation of electrical designs for power distribution products and systems.

• Lead and support the electrical design/engineering team.
• Oversee electrical schematics, general arrangement drawings, and BOMs.
• Conduct technical design reviews and ensure engineering accuracy.
• Ensure electrical designs comply with applicable industry standards and regulations.
• Support LV distribution systems, PLC/interlocking, AC/DC power supplies, and earthing systems.
• Maintain electrical CAD blocks, libraries, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with mechanical, production, quality, supply chain, and other engineering teams.
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering-related issues.Support risk identification, mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate engineering and design records.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Electrical Engineering/Electrical Design experience.
• Experience leading or managing an electrical engineering/design team.
• Strong experience with AutoCAD Electrical or similar electrical CAD tools.

• Experience with electrical drawings and BOMs.
