Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a lead embedded firmware engineer to direct C/C++ development across the product lifecycle. You will lead a five-person team, remaining hands-on with debugging, validation, and hardware/software integration to deliver robust embedded control systems.

The role requires leadership experience and a strong background in microcontrollers, RTOS, and real-time systems, ideally in industrial electronics or power systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates need embedded C/C++ firmware experience with microcontrollers, RTOS, or real-time systems, as well as experience in industrial electronics or power systems.
• Leadership experience is required, though a senior engineer ready to move into management is also considered.
