Seatrium Offshore Technology USA, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the electrical engineering team in design, development, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems for offshore projects.

The role provides technical leadership, ensures compliance with codes and standards, supports project execution, and drives continuous improvement for safety, quality, and cost objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Management preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible electrical engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an engineering leadership or management role.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial facilities, marine/offshore, EPC, energy, or heavy engineering environments preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and designers.
• Establish engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Assign resources and manage workload to ensure project schedules and deliverables are achieved.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and career development planning for team members.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee electrical engineering activities throughout all stages of project execution.
• Review and approve electrical designs, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, manpower requirements, and engineering progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide SME for electrical power distribution, control systems, instrumentation, automation, and equipment selection.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review load analyses, short-circuit studies, cable sizing, grounding, and protection coordination.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning and readiness reviews.
