Job summary

EarthStream Global is seeking an Electrical Engineering Lead to drive the design and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects in a hybrid environment. The role requires technical excellence, cross-disciplinary coordination, and a strong track record of delivering complex electrical systems.

The candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with standards and client requirements while contributing to tenders and project planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with LV/MV power systems and mission-critical power infrastructure.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams and strong regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design and delivery of mission-critical projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and design teams.
• Manage electrical design from concept through construction and commissioning.
• Review and approve electrical designs, calculations, specifications and technical documentation.
• Support project teams with technical decision-making, risk management and problem solving.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, regulations and client requirements.
• Provide technical input into tenders, proposals and project planning.
