• Prepare technical writing such as memoranda, letters, reports, and specifications.
• Coordinate with other design disciplines to produce bid documents.
• Develop construction cost estimates.
• Perform site inspections for studies, design and construction.
• Field visits to review contractor work and resolve issues.
• Mentor and delegate tasks to staff.
• Monitor budget status for projects.
