Job summary

Wright-Pierce's 2027 Summer Internship Program invites motivated Environmental Engineering students to gain hands-on experience across Water, Wastewater, Civil and Building Services in Providence and adjacent locations.

Interns will conduct in-office and field work, prepare reports, and learn from licensed engineers while developing core technical and professional skills. The program emphasizes communication, teamwork, and continual learning.

Qualifications

• Junior, Senior, or graduate-level students preferred.
• Currently pursuing a B.S. in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Ability to participate in multiple divisions and projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a variety of assignments from one of our divisions Water, Wastewater, Civil and Building Services
• Conduct in-office and field work
• Perform tasks independently while working closely with experienced licensed engineers
• Prepare reports and studies
• Conduct engineering research and provide technical assistance
• Perform calculations
