Jacobs is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join the Advanced Facilities Electronics Team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will contribute to state-of-the-art facilities projects in the semiconductor industry and gain hands-on exposure alongside professional engineers and designers.

You will develop skills in project coordination, data collection, and use of computer-aided tools while supporting our teams on critical assignments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Must be at least a rising junior.
• Fundamental knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Power Systems and Protection, and Electrical Distribution Equipment.

Here’s what you’ll need

• In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering form an accredited program
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Ideally, you’ll also have

• 3.0 GPA
• Must be at least a rising Junior
• Fundamental knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Power Systems and Protection, and Electrical Distribution Equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position is $47,300.00 to $57,200.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
