Job summary

EquipmentShare is seeking an intern to support accounting with hands-on experience in a fast-paced engineering environment at our Columbia, MO home office. You will participate in data gathering, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

Pursuing a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Active progress toward an engineering degree required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Support project coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional communication for engineering teams.
Organize project schedules and maintain documentation to keep tasks on track.
Gather and analyze project data (timelines, costs, resources) and prepare reports/dashboards.
Assist with planning activities and read schematics or technical instructions when needed.
