EquipmentShare, headquartered in Columbia, MO, is seeking an Accounting Intern to join the engineering team for Fall 2026 with potential extension into Spring and Summer 2027. This hands-on role supports project coordination, data analysis, and cross‑functional communication to help engineering teams operate efficiently.

You should be pursuing a BS degree in a related field, have strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, and be prepared to assist with reporting, documentation, and planning

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; Creo preferred.
• Wiring schematics and electrical knowledge helpful.
• Experience with Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize project schedules, documentation, and track action items to keep tasks on track.
• Gather and analyze project data to identify risks and prepare clear reports or dashboards for project managers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among engineering, product, and operations teams; assist with design reviews and planning activities.
• Read schematics and support with technical documentation and onboarding activities.
