Signify, via Cooper Lighting Solutions, invites you to join our Product Development team in Peachtree City, GA as an Electrical Engineering Intern. Work onsite from Feb 1 to May 21, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop lighting products and test core components.

You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering with basic lab skills and knowledge of AC/DC circuits. Prior internship is a plus, and you’ll receive competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in electrical engineering
• Basic knowledge of lab equipment use: Multimeters, Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, Function Generator
• Basic knowledge of AC and DC circuits
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Available to work full-time onsite in Peachtree City, GA (Feb 1 – May 21)
• Previous engineering internship experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new lighting products and support electrical aspects
• Conduct electrical testing to ensure product reliability and safety
• Validate electrical components like drivers, LEDs, and sensors for industry standards
• Hands-on prototyping with the prototype shop
• Own the laboratory testing environment and troubleshoot during development
