Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in Tampa, FL is seeking an Electrical Engineering Summer Intern to support engineering teams, learn from seasoned professionals, and contribute to design and field work on landmark projects. You will assist with AutoCAD and Revit drawings, design calculations, and site visits while participating in the intern education program.

The role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on learning, and exposure to a dynamic, global firm culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree from accredited university in Electrical engineering.
• Must be at a minimum, completed your second year.
• Previous engineering internship or co-op experience a huge plus.
• Knowledge in the latest version of MEP AutoCAD and REVIT is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Prepare AutoCAD and Revit drawings of Electricalsystems
• Assist engineers with design calculations and sizing building Electrical systems
• Assist engineers with field investigations and construction site visits to observe
• Attend intern education program lunch-and-learn sessions
