Freeform in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to design and develop custom electronics powering our autonomous metal 3D printing factories. You will contribute to electrical system design, PCB development, and integration with mechanical and software teams.

You'll gain hands-on experience solving real-world challenges in controls, sensing, and hardware-software integration, taking a first-principles approach and collaborating across disciplines to bring complex systems

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Strong fundamentals in electronics, circuits and sensing.
• Willingness to work hands-on across disciplines and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronics and PCBs.
• Support circuit modeling, simulation, and validation of designs.
• Contribute to electrical architecture including schematic capture and bring-up.
