Job summary

L3Harris is offering an internship for an Electrical Engineering student to learn and contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for aircraft and ground stations. You will create wiring diagrams, panels, and perform drawings coordination with cross-functional teams on various platforms.

The role targets students pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with CAD/PLM tool exposure (NX/Teamcenter) and familiarity with Siemens Capital

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related technical degree at an accredited university.
• Preferred Skills: CAD and PLM software experience, including NX and Teamcenter.

Responsibilities

• Learn to design and develop electrical systems for integration of electrical/electronic equipment on aircraft and ground stations.
• Create system wiring diagrams, circuit breaker panels, control panels using CAD tools.
• Coordinate design activities with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing and Production to meet requirements at minimum cost.
