• Support electrical engineering activities, technical studies, and engineering-related projects.
• Manage and oversee established engineering and business processes within the organization.
• Provide technical analysis, problem solving, and support for transition and organizational change initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with engineers, project teams, operations personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, records, and related project information.
• Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline; or
• Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or related field with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience; or
• 10 to 15 years of relevant utility, engineering, or technical experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience performing or supporting electrical engineering work.
• Experience managing programs, processes, or technical initiatives.
• Utility industry experience preferred.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functional teams.
