Gentherm is seeking an Electrical Engineering Co-Op to support product development within their engineering team. The Co-Op will engage in tasks such as designing electronic circuits, troubleshooting electrical systems, and improving component specifications. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a regulated environment while developing under the mentorship of experienced engineers.

Electrical Engineering Co-OpThe Electrical Engineering Co-Op plays a key role in supporting both legacy and new product development efforts within the Engineering Department. This highly motivated individual will contribute by participating in testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation updates that ensure the functionality, reliability, and compliance of electrical systems in medical devices.
In addition to hands-on technical support, the Co-Op will have the opportunity to lead small-scale sustaining engineering projects, evaluate alternative components, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives. Tasks will be performed with the guidance and mentorship of experienced engineers, offering a strong learning environment and professional growth within a regulated, high-impact industry.
