Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Electrical Engineering Expert to design and evaluate AI training problems across circuits, power systems, and signal processing. You will author gold-standard solutions and audit AI outputs for accuracy and safety, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

The role is fully remote, with flexible hours and 10–40 hours per week. A strong EE background and ability to communicate complex concepts in writing are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in EE domains such as VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or embedded systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in writing.
• High attention to detail when working with equations and circuit logic.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging problems across EE domains to test AI performance.
• Author precise, step-by-step gold-standard solutions for benchmarking.
• Audit AI outputs for technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with IEEE/NEC.

## Job DescriptionElectrical Engineering Expert (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for electrical engineering professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your technical expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to power systems to signal processing. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.
