Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Electrical Engineering Expert to train and improve cutting-edge AI models. You will craft advanced electrical engineering problems, write precise solution benchmarks, and rigorously audit AI outputs to ensure accuracy and safety.

The role is a fully remote, hourly contract requiring 10–40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and independent work. A deep EE background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in EE domains: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or signal processing.
• Excellent written communication of complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and embedded systems to test AI performance.
• Author gold-standard step-by-step solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation.
• Audit AI outputs: review AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and proofs for technical accuracy and safety.
• Identify logical flaws in AI-generated engineering reasoning and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.
• Work independently and manage your own schedule in a remote, flexible setup.
