Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the Weather Systems Group at the Radar Operations Center in Norman, OK. You will contribute to the design, integration, and sustainment of the NEXRAD system, coordinating engineering changes from start to finish and drafting technical documentation for field distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink for weather systems analysis.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for engineering changes from start to finish.
• Research and maintain weather system hardware and software.
• Develop, test, and document projects supporting weather software.
• Prepare technical reports and drawings for field use.
• Provide lab support and participate in system hardware development.
