In this role, you'll help design and deliver electrical systems for municipal water and wastewater facilities, collaborating with engineers, project managers, and technicians across disciplines to deliver robust, resilient infrastructure from planning through commissioning.

Arcadis is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our growing Resilience Water team. This hybrid position can be based in any of our Ohio offices or in Detroit, Michigan.
In this role, you'll help design and deliver the critical infrastructure that provides safe, reliable water services to communities across the region. Working alongside industry-leading engineers, project managers, and technical specialists, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of municipal water and wastewater projects, gaining exposure to every phase of project development, from planning and design through construction and commissioning.

As a member of our multidisciplinary project team, you will support the planning, design, and delivery of electrical systems for municipal water and wastewater facilities, helping clients modernize infrastructure, improve operational reliability, and achieve long-term resilience goals.
Occasional travel may be required to support client meetings, site visits, field investigations, and project delivery activities.
You are a motivated engineer with experience in electrical design and power distribution systems for municipal water and wastewater facilities. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, take ownership of your work, and are passionate about delivering practical solutions to complex infrastructure challenges.
Success in this role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Arcadis offers benefits for full-time and part-time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program, and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,461- $132,761 . Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
