Job summary

Textron Systems, in Howe & Howe Technologies, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design electrical architectures and power distribution for vehicle systems. You will collaborate with mechanical engineers on wire harness routing, perform 2D/3D design, and support harness fabrication and testing in fast-paced R&D and production environments.

The role requires a broad engineering background, strong communication, and the ability to work across disciplines. Eligible for U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience with analog and digital circuits.
• Experience with DC and AC power systems.
• Hands-on with measurement tools like multimeters/oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Generate electrical system architecture designs meeting functional, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Develop power distribution systems per system requirements.
• 2D schematic capture and 3D modeling/routing of vehicle wire harnesses with mechanical engineers.
• Provide engineering support for harness fabrication.
• Debug electrical assemblies and harnessing.
• Communicate with program managers, planners, and technicians.
• Drive tasks to completion independently.
