You will lead a small team while engaging directly with customers to deliver solutions, support business development, and grow our presence in industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical & Field Expertise:
  • Provide advanced support for VFDs, motor applications, and control system integration.
  • Lead troubleshooting and optimization of motor-driven systems in industrial environments.
  • Apply knowledge of power quality principles (harmonics, power factor, compliance with IEEE/IEC standards) to complement drive and motor solutions.
  • Deliver field service leadership, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Supervise and mentor a small office team and field technicians.
  • Manage resources, schedules, and priorities to ensure successful project execution.
  • Promote a safety-first, customer-focused culture within the team.
  • Business Development:
  • Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities in VFD, motor control, and power quality markets.
  • Contribute technical depth to proposals, cost estimates, and client presentations.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to industrial clients.
Qualifications
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience with VFDs, motors, and industrial control systems, including field service.
  • Familiarity with power quality concepts (harmonics, reactive power, PQ monitoring tools).
  • Hands‑on experience with drive commissioning, motor protection, and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and coordinate projects.
  • Business acumen with experience in technical proposals and customer engagement.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Master Electrician license (preferred).
Preferred Background

  • Prior leadership in industrial service or applications engineering teams.
  • Strong mix of hands‑on technical skill and customer‑facing business management.
