Chemours in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an Electrical Engineer Co-op to join our Manufacturing Technology team. You will gain hands-on experience on improvement and expansion projects and work with experienced engineers in a chemical plant.

The role requires enrollment as a junior or higher, pursuing an undergrad in Electrical Engineering, and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Terms: Spring 2027, six-month minimum.

Chemours is seeking an Electrical Engineer Co-op to join our Manufacturing Technology team! This position will report directly to the Corpus Christi site co-op coordinator.

As an Electrical Engineer Co-op, you will work closely with the manufacturing technology team gaining valuable experience through hands-on projects in a chemical plant. You will have exposure to real-time engineering work alongside other engineers to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom.

Effective engineering co-ops will have the ability to communicate with impact, have strong self-awareness, and will be naturally inquisitive.

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Hours: Regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week

Preferred First Term: Spring 2027

Candidates must be able to commit to at least a total of six (6) months as a co-op. Two (2) or more terms may be required.

• Participation in relevant activities, organizations, and projects beyond the classroom


• 3.2 GPA or above
