Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an undergraduate or graduate student in a STEM field for a full-time Pathways opportunity in Linthicum, MD. The position belongs to Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems Sector and offers diverse rotations, training, and networking opportunities to build foundational technical and business skills.

In your first rotation you will gain experience from concept to lab validation, learn FPGA design in safety-critical environments, and develop cross-functional communication

Qualifications

Be completing or has completed a Bachelor’s from an accredited institution
Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM related field
Be able to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher

Responsibilities

Gain experience working on real program hardware from concept through lab validation.
Learn best practices in digital and FPGA design within mission- and safety-critical environments.
Develop skills in requirements-driven development, configuration management, and verification methods.
Improve technical communication through participation in design reviews, documentation, and team presentations.
