Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an undergraduate or graduate student in a STEM field for a full-time Pathways opportunity in Linthicum, MD. The position belongs to Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems Sector and offers diverse rotations, training, and networking opportunities to build foundational technical and business skills.

In your first rotation you will gain experience from concept to lab validation, learn FPGA design in safety-critical environments, and develop cross-functional communication

Qualifications

• Be completing or has completed a Bachelor’s from an accredited institution
• Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM related field
• Be able to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher

Responsibilities

• Gain experience working on real program hardware from concept through lab validation.
• Learn best practices in digital and FPGA design within mission- and safety-critical environments.
• Develop skills in requirements-driven development, configuration management, and verification methods.
• Improve technical communication through participation in design reviews, documentation, and team presentations.

Northrop Grumman is seeking an undergraduate or graduate student in a STEM Field for an full time Pathways opportunity. This position will be located in Linthicum, MD. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems Sector.

The Pathways program provides Northrop Grumman’s early career employees with diverse learning experiences through multiple rotations in alignment with business needs and strategic goals. A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s from an accredited institution

• Be able to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Basic Qualifications for Engineer:

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their Master’s from an accredited institution
• Be majoring in or having majored ina STEM related field.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications for both levels:

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher

Associate PTHWY Eng Electrical: $72,700 - $109,100

PTHWY Eng Electrical: $87,600 - $131,400
