Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with hands-on RF design and testing experience.
• 3+ years designing, developing, testing, and evaluating RF sensors and antennas.
• Experience with microwave signal generation and test equipment.
• Experience with digital signal processing.
• Experience in laboratory and field testing from goals to data analysis.
• Experience working with land, sea, or air platforms.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting Navy or Armed Forces engineering contracts.
• Knowledge of high-power microwave and high-power RF.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, procure, fabricate, and test targets for Directed Energy solutions.
• Develop targets and target sets for test and evaluation.
• Determine target effects for performance specs for future systems.
• Support design and development of advanced weapon systems for complex environments.
• Collaborate with the Global Defense Sector to advance warfighter capabilities.
• Conduct R&D in Directed Energy, test and evaluation, and electrical engineering.
• Perform comprehensive lab and field testing and data analysis.
• Work with land, sea, and air vehicles.
