Job summary

gpac is partnering with an established organization in southeastern Montana to recruit an Electrical Engineer for a hands-on role in an industrial environment. This direct-hire position offers long-term stability, meaningful technical work, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.

The Electrical Engineer will support reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of plant electrical systems, collaborating with maintenance, operations, and outside contractors to drive equipment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
Experience with electrical systems in industrial environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to relocate to southeastern Montana.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for electrical systems, equipment, and plant operations.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify long-term solutions.
Support electrical maintenance, reliability, upgrades, and improvement projects.
Assist with equipment specifications, system modifications, and project execution.
Work cross-functionally with maintenance, operations, engineering, and outside contractors.
Help improve equipment reliability, safety, and overall plant performance.
Ensure engineering work meets applicable safety requirements, codes, and standards.
