Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in compiling regulatory submission packages and certifications for complex industrial tools.
• Ability to read, audit, and organize high-voltage schematics, safety interlock loop diagrams, and P&ID drawings.
• Experience ensuring SEMI S2/S22, NFPA 70/79, and CE marking compliance; RoHS/REACH knowledge.
• Familiarity with EMC testing and mitigation; HV distribution and automated controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation efforts for regulatory certification across multiple semiconductor tools.
• Coordinate with external compliance consultants and third-party evaluators to address gaps and achieve certifications.
• Audit and ensure technical documentation, including electrical schematics, interlock diagrams, and P&ID drawings meets standards.
• Validate safety/interlock systems (Emergency Off, safety interlocks, arc flash) per ISO 13849 and IEC 62061.
• Collaborate with design, systems, and supply chain teams to implement Engineering Change Orders and resolve non-conformances.

• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience within the semiconductor capital equipment industry
• Proven track record in compiling regulatory submission packages and obtaining certifications for complex industrial tools
• Proficiency in reading, auditing, and organizing high-voltage electrical schematics, safety interlock loop diagrams, and P&ID drawings
• Experience ensuring compliance with SEMI S2 / S22 standards, NFPA 70/79, and global CE marking directives
• Knowledge of material directives such as RoHS and REACH
• Familiarity with EMC testing and mitigation strategies
• Hands-on design experience with, high-voltage distribution, and automated equipment controls
