Qualifications

• Develops project scope, site investigations, cost estimates, and milestones for design completion.
• Designs, analyzes, and develops electrical systems for new construction and renovation projects; prepares drawings and specifications.
• Provides technical oversight of A/E contractors; performs peer reviews; acts as COR.
• Manages project execution including construction oversight, submittal reviews, change orders, inspections, and QA.
