Job summary

QuickPro Staffing seeks an Electrical Engineer to support process control, electrical design, and project execution for a leading industrial manufacturer. The role manages capital and expense projects from concept through completion, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, and regulatory teams.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, develop control strategies, and troubleshoot electrical systems to optimize plant performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• 3+ years of project engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation engineering principles.
• Experience with project design and implementation practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and reporting of capital and expense projects within budget.
• Develop detailed project cost estimates, budgets, and installation designs.
• Coordinate resources and manage contractors, maintenance, and regulators.
• Analyze electrical systems and develop solutions to improve processes.
• Support operations during equipment upsets and outages, driving reliability and safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Develop control system strategies, instrumentation, and electrical designs.
