Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Specify, evaluate, and select electrical equipment for operations and projects.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Analyze electrical system designs, including power distribution and control systems.
• Review utility contracts with outside vendors.
• Provide technical reports, studies, and NEC/API interpretations.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure conformance with Targa specs.
• Develop and maintain electrical specifications and area classifications.
• Support project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Direct field supervision and multi-task coordination.
