Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• ABET accredited program required.
• 2–5 years engineering experience; power/control systems preferred.
• Industrial environment experience with electrical and control systems.
• Data collection, organization, and analysis with clear conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Design power plant systems to meet performance metrics and standards.
• Review field evaluations and analyze data to identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems and resolve issues.
• Develop drawings to ensure designs meet Kodiak standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Construction to incorporate requirements.
• Support electrical/control system design, including component selection and layouts.
• Contribute to project execution via design reviews and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Kodiak requirements.
