Job summary

F&C Engineers in Denver, CO seeks an Electrical Engineer – Power Generation to design and analyze electrical power systems for oil and gas projects. This on-site role collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions.

You will develop electrical drawings, perform system studies, support equipment selection and layout, and assist during procurement, construction and commissioning, while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PE license a plus.
• Experience with power distribution design, protective coordination, and grounding.
• Familiarity with ETAP/SKM and CAD for electrical drawings; on-site Denver work and travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze electrical power generation and distribution systems for oil/gas projects.
• Develop electrical drawings and calculations; perform system studies.
• Support equipment selection, layout, procurement, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with mechanical/process/project teams and participate in design reviews.
• Troubleshoot field electrical issues and coordinate with contractors.
