Job summary

Spring Hill FG in Spring Hill, KS is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Equipment Technician responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and upgrade projects. You will define project scope, provide drawings, procure materials, and supervise installation efforts.

You’ll train Maintenance Technicians to ensure competency, and educate Production Technicians on equipment function to reduce errors and boost efficiency. Ongoing learning is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience with equipment and networks.
• Experience defining scope, specifications, drawings, and procurement for equipment installations.
• Experience upgrading equipment with scope, specs, drawings, procurement, and supervision.
• Ability to train Maintenance Technicians and others to ensure competency.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and network issues.
• Manage new equipment installation projects from scope to procurement and supervision.
• Upgrade existing equipment with proper scope, specifications, drawings, procurement, and supervision.
• Provide training to Maintenance Technicians to ensure competency.
• Educate Production Technicians on equipment function to reduce errors and increase production efficiency.
• Maintain field knowledge through ongoing training and education.
