This position involves leading the design of electrical systems, mentoring junior engineers, and working closely with clients and other engineering teams.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in electrical design, project leadership, and excellent communication skills. The role offers the opportunity to become a key leader within the firm and flexible scheduling options including a 4x10 workweek.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience designing electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects.
• Conduct site visits and provide construction-phase support.
• Mentor junior engineers and build strong client relationships.
