As an Electrical Engineer supporting our Resilience Water team, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of electrical systems for water, wastewater, and industrial infrastructure projects. Your work will span the full project lifecycle—from concept development through construction and startup—supporting critical systems such as power distribution, lighting, communications, security, fire detection, and control and monitoring systems. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhance system reliability and community resilience.
Successful candidates will bring a solid foundation in industrial electrical design and power distribution, including experience with motor control systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), lighting systems, and equipment layout. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines. Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. This role is ideal for engineers who are motivated by sustainability, resilience, and the opportunity to contribute to infrastructure that protects vital water resources and supports thriving communities.
