Job summary

TAS Energy is seeking an Electrical Engineer to conceptualize, design, and optimize the electrical scope within modular components and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of modular solutions into manufacturing operations, reviewing customer requirements and specifications to meet industry standards.

You will produce 3D CAD outputs (SolidWorks, Revit, AutoCAD) for components and fabrication, perform electrical calculations, and support

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of electrical engineering experience in power distribution, modular construction, data centers, or building systems design.
• Hands-on knowledge of switchgear, panels, VFDs, ATS, UPS, cable trays, conduits and fittings.
• Willingness to work on production floors and in manufacturing environments.
• Relocation is required with the ability to work hybrid.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; military leadership/experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modular components and systems for manufacturing processes, focusing on functionality, efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
• Act as Electrical SME on data center/modular skid design projects and craft innovative design solutions.
• Design the full electrical system: one-line diagrams, point-to-point schematics, and BOMs for all electrical systems and components.
