We Energies in Oak Creek, WI is seeking an Engineer to oversee control and electrical engineering for WI Peak Shaving operations. You will manage projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations across LNG facilities.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience in Industrial or Power Generation sectors. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential for this role.
The Engineer’s primary responsibility is to oversee all control and electrical engineering for WI Peak Shaving. This role supports the safe, reliable, and compliant operation (49 CFR 193) at the We Energies LNG facilities. The Engineer will manage cross‑functional and complex projects, provide technical guidance on unusual problems, and obtain supervisory approval for proposed plans. Independently performs most assignments with general results expected.
Pay Range Minimum: $68,436.68
Pay Range Maximum: $156,125.32
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
