Job summary

Techserv seeks engineers to expand expertise in electrical distribution, transmission, and substation design. You will lead project teams, apply design codes, and prepare complete design packages while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities include coaching junior staff, delivering cost-effective solutions, and ensuring QA/QC across CAD tools. In-office roles require collaborative, detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering required.
• Eligible to work in the United States of America.
• FE preferred; EIT encouraged to pursue PE.
• Positions span entry to senior levels (0–2, 3–6, 7+ years).
• Travel up to 20% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engineers and interface with clients.
• Use CAD software to meet client requirements.
• Apply electrical design concepts and standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers.
• Prepare design packages and data sheets.
• Manage projects with QA/QC discipline.
