Job summary

This role requires developing electrical drawings with AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor and participating in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and PLC programming/troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with control voltages (24V, 120V, 480V, 4160V).

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical justification and support project managers in executing equipment upgrades.
• Support a lean manufacturing environment by applying PDCA cycles to engineering changes and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 operations.
• Ensure electrical safety requirements are defined and implemented, including risk assessments, performance levels, and PPE selection.
• Develop detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor.
