Job summary

Freudenberg in Durham, NC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical team in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for manufacturing equipment upgrades. You will support lean initiatives by applying PDCA cycles and effectively communicating status to stakeholders.

This role requires developing electrical drawings with AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor and participating in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and PLC programming/troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with control voltages (24V, 120V, 480V, 4160V).
