Kratos Defense and Security Solutions in Crane, IN, seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, analyze, test, and support electrical systems for the IPIF lab and facility. You will develop schematics, oversee cable/harness builds, and plan component and system tests with specialized equipment.

The role requires hands-on bench work, strong fundamentals, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. A Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics and 3+ years of relevant experience are expected; DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant electrical design, testing, prototyping, or lab support experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update electrical designs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and test documentation.
• Oversee cable/harness builds, PCB development, and prototype electrical assemblies.
• Plan, execute, and document electrical tests using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies.
• Perform engineering analysis to troubleshoot performance issues and anomalies.
• Review build records and test data for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Develop or improve test procedures and workflows in the lab.
• Ensure safety practices and ESD controls are followed.
