Electrical Engineer Role – Washington DC-Baltimore Area

Are you an Electrical Engineer with a background in project engineering and a passion for renewable energy? A community-focused solar infrastructure developer is looking to add a new team member to help advance their solar projects. This full-time, remote position offers a salary between $100K to $130K per year, along with performance bonuses and a range of attractive benefits.

As part of one of the fastest-growing community solar firms in the US, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. The company is looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of various solar projects and help design and implement effective solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for auditing and advancing the development of the company’s solar projects, conducting productivity modeling, and collaborating with a talented engineering team to design site plans and layouts. You will also play an important role in implementing electrical utility interconnection standards before the construction phase of each project.

The ideal candidate should have experience in project engineering within the renewables sector and be familiar with Autodesk tools like AutoCAD and Revit. Additionally, the ability to design and implement technical documents and construction designs is essential for this role.
