Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• Associate's Degree in EE or EET with 12+ years of experience, OR
• BSEE/BSEET with 8+ years of experience, OR
• MSEE with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze electronic hardware failures, including production part returns and field issues.
• Execute validation and verification testing for NPIs, NTIs, and production components.
• Develop, review, and execute test plans to ensure products meet quality and performance requirements.
• Create detailed test reports and document investigation findings, procedures, and results.
• Utilize lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMMs, and related test instrumentation.
• Track incoming and outgoing hardware, test samples, and materials.
• Report findings to engineering teams, managers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain lab organization and testing documentation.
