Job summary

ENERCON is offering an Electrical Engineering internship in the Nuclear Design Group, based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Interns will engage in real-world projects, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and gain experience across design, analysis, and field activities.

Applicants should be pursuing an ABET-accredited degree, be available for May–June 2027 start, and have coursework in Circuit Analysis, Power Systems, and Control Systems.

Qualifications

• Graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Preferred grad date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to start on an agreed upon date between May 2027 and June 2027.
• Preferred Courses: Circuit Analysis, Power Systems, and Control Systems.
• A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
