You will be responsible for the selection, specification, validation, and lifecycle support of electric motors and variable frequency drives (VFDs) used in Water Supply and Water Disposal pump applications. This role works autonomously on high-impact projects and partners closely with product management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and testing teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost-effective products from concept through production and beyond. This position is suited for an experienced engineer who is recognized as a subject matter expert, mentors others, and drives technical excellence across multiple projects and product lines, with potential to grow into broader technical or organizational leadership roles within Engineering.
