Job summary

Pathway Talent Partners leads an expanding industrial manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and optimize electrical systems for large-scale industrial applications. You will support new product development, customer applications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bridge engineering concepts with operations and customer needs, collaborating across engineering, operations, sales, and field service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with relay logic, PLC operation, and PLC programming.
• Knowledge of AC power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve electrical systems, controls, and industrial equipment.
• Create and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, and control-system documentation.
• Develop specifications for electrical components and system integration.
• Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution for installed equipment.
• Collaborate with customers, field service, manufacturing, and engineering teams to provide technical expertise.
• Travel 10–15% to customer sites and project locations as needed.
