Neros Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineer III, Design Assurance to bring up, characterize, and validate circuit boards for next‑generation airside and groundside platforms. You will write test plans, perform worst‑case analyses, and develop fixtures and automated tests to accelerate deployment.
Responsibilities include running qualification tests (thermal, vibration, HALT/HASS), analyzing results, and collaborating with design engineers to feed insights back into product development.
Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America's drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.
As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.
As an Electrical Engineer III, Design Assurance at Neros, you will bring up, characterize, and validate the circuit boards that go into our next generation airside and groundside platforms. You will write and run test plans, contribute to worst-case circuit analysis from schematic through bench validation, and design the fixtures and automated test setups behind that work. You will work with design engineers during product development to get results back into the design.
