Job summary

Hach, a Veralto company in Loveland, Colorado, seeks an Electrical Engineer III to design, develop, and sustain electrical systems that power our product portfolio. You will own power architecture, control electronics, and sensor interfaces to drive performance, reliability, and scalability.

You will collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, manufacturing, quality, and product management teams; lead subsystems, run verification strategies, and resolve issues across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within product development and/or sustaining engineering environments.
• Strong experience in circuit design, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated success independently leading technical workstreams and solving complex engineering problems.
• Experience working in cross-functional product development teams.

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Hardware Engineering, User Facing Systems, the Electrical Engi neer III is responsible for the design, development, and sustainment of electrical systems that underpin Hach products. This includes power architecture, control electronics, and sensor interfaces that directly impact product performance, reliability, and scalability.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
